About the Project

Music Contact International is a national tour company based out of Vermont. MCI organizes customized performance tours for choirs, bands and orchestras. MCI needed to improve their customer experience by giving tour groups the ability to make secure online payments based on their groups package. We added custom tools in the backend to allow administrators to create group specific packages and payment due dates, and also email reminders to travelers about upcoming payments and overdue payments.

• Helped find and recommend a hosting solution
